General Conditions - Skitrips to Schladming

In principle, we apply general Swedish conditions for group travels.

Payment terms
A confirmation fee of 50 €/person has to be paid on booking. Your booking will be cancelled if we do nor receive the fee within 10 calendar days. Cancelation insurance can be obtained and must then be paid with the confirmation fee. Final payment shall be on our bank account no less than 30 calendar days before the start of the trip.

Tripp cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if less than 20 bookings are made 30 calendar days before the start of the trip. Prepayments will then be repaid if full.

Tripp cancellation by customer
Cost for cancellation is:
  30 calendar days before the start of the trip                  confirmation fee
  30‑14 calendar days before the start of the trip             50% of total cost

Cancellation insurance
 The fee for cancellation insurance is 20 €/person. Cancellation insurance will give you your money back, less administration costs of 20 €, if you cancel earlier than 30 calendar days before the start of the trip or if you cancel at any time before the start of the trip due to illness (certificate from your doctor in English is needed) It will also give snow guaranties - money back if there is enough snow on the sloops.

Passport and Visa
You must have a valid passport and, if required, a valid visa. We are not able to obtain visa for you but we may help arrange letter of invitation or similar.

Medical care
You must have a valid medical and accident insurance. EU citizens are recommended to bring their European health insurance card.
